accredited New Insights Life Coach. I combine Life
Coaching with holistic therapies such as the
Australian Bush Flower Essences and Homeopathy as
well as Emotional Release work to help people lead
more empowering lives.
I have been working with people for over 30 years, through education, counselling, personal development, emotional release and holistic healthcare. My quest has always been to help people live their life to its true potential.
I am passionate about my work with people. It is an amazing honour and gift to be able to work with people and to witness the changes that coaching can enable them to bring to their lives.
I live on the West coast of Ireland in a home my partner and I have renovated. The joy of coaching is that it can be done in person or over the phone – both equally as effective. For me, this means that I can work with people all over the world – and yet still spend most of my time in my beautiful home and have time to garden and surf. Coaching has helped me to achieve this – and I really feel now that I am living the life of my dreams.
